Question for you guru's out there familiar with Wisconsin Census on the "5" years........., when did they begin and when did they end?? Were they only done five years after the Federal Census or did they also do them along with the Federal Census on the Federal years?? I would assume that the state has copies........and you have to pay someone do do lookups....Yes??............anyone have an address or URL for contacts, or any person specializing in this sort of thing??
