As printed, 3 grandchildren surviving is what it says. This could be a misprint, or perhaps only 3 were living at that time (although it does seem likely that number is way too low). I am not related to Mrs. Josephine DeMarb, but to her husband Henry DeMarb, who was a half-brother to my great-grandmother, Effie Jane GARVEY HARTMANN. I have some info on Mrs. Demarb's children, but nothing further on grandchildren, etc.
