At the top it has Augusts name and on the same line on the right it has No. 1249 The next line has Address. #99 Club. In the remarks section it says: Ordered by the City of Sheboygan- Poor Dept. ( E. Zick) Also the date May 16, 1933 is penned in. What type of Club is the 99? Could they have paid for the funeral possibly? Thanks agian for any leads.
