I haven't been able to find much on Clara Chapman Tew . I did find that she was born in 1860 and she died in 1886 (info from the headstond in Forest Mound Cemetery, Waupun) . Clara m. Jan 20 , 1886 James Tew , this was his second wife. Thank you again for the information .I really appreciate ...its possible they were related .... Betty
