Horeb, Wisconsin, married at Silver Creek in Sheboygan Co., WI Jan 13 1878 to Anna Camilla Scholastica Schroeter. Their children were: Arno Guido Alexander Scherbel (Aug 11, 1880 at Manchester WI died Oct 12, 1947 in CA married at Amboy MN June 6, 1908 to Clara Stanke); Harris Herbert Scherbel (Apr 9, 1882 at Manchester WI, died Oct 15, 1908 at Middleton WI, married July 22, 1903 at Racine WI to Hertha Hapke; Olga Scherbel (Apr 15, 1884 at Middleton WI, died Dec 11, 1956 at Milwaukee WI, married July 5, 1916 to Orval Ring); Irma Anna Rosetta Scherbel (Jan 4, 1887 at Middleton WI, died Jun 13, 1973 at Stoughton WI, married May 30, 1911 to Theodore Ottum; and Deborah Scherbel (Nov 20, 1895 at Middleton WI, died Oct 23, 1964 in CA, married June 14, 1919 at Middleton to Ewald Ungrodt.) None of this in! formation was verified by me - it's from the Zimmermann family file at the Historical Research Center in Sheboygan. Linda
