George Slattery (died, April, 1973 Waukesha, WI) married Nettie Doenitz from Iron River, MI and had 3 children: Shirley Slattery, Waukesha, WI; Charles Slattery, Lee's Summit, MO and Marilyn Slattery (Robert DuByne) of Waco, TX (all living in the areas mentioned). We have a completed "Family Tree" from the time John Slattery (the 1st) born about 1765 in the area NW of Nenagh, County Tipperary, Ireland. Married Margaret (Peg Sexton). Known Children: 1. John II; 2. Margaret (or Mary). John Slattery II - DOB and death not known. Married Elizabeth Burke of the same area (Nenagh, County Tipperary) 1818. This couple died in the 1830's in Ireland. Their children were raised by their grandmother (Peg Sexton): 1. John (III) born 24 June 1820. 2. Thomas (William) born 1822. 3. Margaret (or Mary Slattery) born 1824. 4. Ann (Honora) born 1826. 5. Michael D. born 18 May 1828. John (III) (born 24 June 1820) was a boatsman on "The Shannon". He had 11 Children: 1. Thomas (born and died as an infant in Montreal, Canada). 2. Elizabeth (born and died as an infant in Montreal, Canada). 3. Mary (born 6 Jan. 1856 (in Vermont). 4. Elizabeth (the 2nd) born 14 June 1858 (in Indiana). 5. John L. (IV) 14 Dec. 1859 in Pittsburgh, PA (Obit mentioned previously Under the above subject families). 6. Thomas born 3 May 1863, Town of Mitchell, Sheboygan, WI, died 12/25/09. Buried in St. Michael Cemetery, Town of Mitchell. 7. Margaret (Aunt Mag) born 14 Feb 1864. 8. Michael Francis born 23 April 1866. 9. Daniel born 13 August 1868 (Police Officer in St. Louis, MO). 10. Patrick born 10 Oct 1870 and 11. William Edward born 22 March 1873.
