My gggrandfather and his family lived in the Sheboygan area from about 1845 until1864. There names were Peter B. Wright and his wife was Elizabeth Ann. They had six children while living there, Frank S. 1846, George B, 1849, Louise A. 1854, Emily 1855, Clara A. 1859, and Alfred 1863. Peter was a ships carpenter and was a member of the Catholic Church. I would like to find any information about the family while they lived in the Shebogan area, What Catholic churches were there at this time period, where I might find the childrends birth certificates, etc. Thank you very much Gerald Wright, Portland,OR
