Their Child, Catherine Doherty, was my GGrandmother, who married Fred Wilford, Catherine died young, in an accident in Wisconsin in 1907, her husband then died in 1911, leaving their children orphaned, Frances ("Miss Frances", never married) raised my Grandfather, Leonard Wilford (born 1906) and his 6 siblings.
