They had 4 children: Jan b. 7 Dec 1858 Hendrik b. 24 Sept 1860 (died 6 Nov 1878) Jane b. 30 July 1862 Hanna b. 16 July 1864 (moved to Prinsburg, MN) Gerrit died in the Civil War (I have more info if you're interested) and Dina married Jan deBruine, another man from Cedar Grove who served in the war with Gerrit. Jan & Dina had 6 children: Johannes b. 28 Nov 1866 Willem b. 16 Jan 1869 Diena b. 22 Oct 1870 Johannes b. 22 Feb 1873 Pieter b. 4 May 1875 Sarah b. 17 Feb 1877 I'm still working on finding more info on the Gossink (and deBruine) children. Besides my general Dutch genealogy research, I'm researching all the Dutch men in Sheboygan Cty who served in the Civil War.
