(Uncle Frank dropped the scond " n " on Hoffmann and the rest of the family followed suit.) There was a second family after the mother of these 6 passed away in 1884. They had four children; Clara Hoffman(never married), Theckla Gretz, and twins Norbert Hoffman and Irene Welke. If you are in need of any information on this family I do have some available.
