    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Surnames: GRAF, KEHOSS, DITSCHEID, DORN, SCHUSSER Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/2FC.2ACI/1584 Message Board Post: Researching gr-gr-grandfather Franz (Francis) GRAF, born October 1815 in Austria, died after 1900 somewhere in Wisconsin. He married Ursula SCHUSSER (?). She was born Abt. 1819 or 1824 in Austria, and according to church records (Holy Name RC Church) she died June 29, 1889 in Sheboygan. Franz, Ursula and all but one of their children emigrated from Bohemia in August of 1852, and settled in Sheboygan (I've tracked them in 1870 & 1880 census). Franz was a mason and plasterer by trade. He was living in Brookfield, MN with his daughter in the 1900 census, but from there the trail goes cold. They had the following children: ANNA GRAF, b. October 1841, Bohemia; married Joseph KEHOSS in 1863, settled in Brookfield Twp., Waukesha Co. d. Aft. 1900, WI. WENZEL JOSEPH GRAF (my gr-grandfather), b. August 10, 1843, Bohemia; d. February 09, 1929, St. Louis, MO. Married Ida HOECKELE in St. Louis, 1867 KATE GRAF, b. Abt. 1845, Bohemia; married a Frank ??, d. Abt. 1917. CLARA GRAF, b. October 1848, Frauenberg, Bohemia Married Michael DITSCHEID (Ditsheit?) in Sheboygan, 1868, lived in Milwaukee after marriage MARY GRAF, b. August 1853, Sheboygan, WI; Married Francis DORN, 1877, Sheboygan. d. Aft. 1941, Buffalo, MN. While I'm fortunate to have gotten this far, I would like to know: 1) Where is Ursula Graf buried? I looked the microfilm records for Holy Name but results were inconclusive. 2) Could Franz/Francis be buried next to her? 3) The 1880 census listed them as living on Eighth St. Would anyone have access to any directories from that period to get a more specific address? 4) Franz Graf was naturalized in 1871 (according to a naturalization index, in Sheboygan Circuit Court). Would anyone know where I might begin to search for declaration/first papers? Thanks in advance for any help/info/clues! Maureen Corley
