The Rev. Carl W. Ladewig was officiant of the ceremony in which the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Wallace, 1532 Alexander Ct., was wed to the son of Mrs. Theresa Mueller, 2111 Cooper Ave. Two bouquets of white gladioli and roses intermingled with ferns were altar decorations. The bride's brother, Vernon Wallace, escorted her down the aisle. She was attired in a white nylon tulle dress with a long white train, a sweetheart neckline and long sleeves that came to points at the wrist. White pearls and rhinestones were decorations on the tiara to which the fingertip veil was attached. The shower bouquet was made of white roses with streamers of lilies-of-the-valley. A sister of the bridegroom, Mrs. Clarence Strysick, had the matron of honor role and her aqua formal of satin had a net overskirt and bodice and a stole veiling was worn with it. Pink daisies and carnations were the flowers in the shower-style bouquet. The other attendant, the bride's sister, Mrs. Arthur Soucheck, was garbed in a formal similar in design, but in pink shade and her bouquet had a combination of aqua daisies and carnations to provide a color contrast. Men in the wedding party were Eugene Plier, the best man, Steve Pentek, groomsman, and Charles Wallace and Henry Mueller, ushers. The latter two are brothers of the couple. Henry J. Engelhardt, church organist, accompanied Miss Nancy Burhop who sang, "The Lord's Prayer" and "Lead, Gentle Shepherd". In addition to the wedding supper served to the bridal party at Riverdale Country Club, there was a reception at Croatian Hall, where there were 400 guests. Don Kramer's ensemble played. Wedding trip details are being kept a secret but about June 1, Mr. Mueller and his bride will be at home at 831-A Oakland Ave. North High School was attended by the bride, who is employed by Geuder Paeschke and Frey Co. Mr. Mueller, who has his diploma from Central High School, class of 1947, works at Ross Glove Co. Persons from beyond Sheboygan County at the nuptials were Mr. and Mrs. John Drews, Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Walter Spude, Sturgeon Bay, and Mr. and Mrs. John Lacey and son, Dennis, Mayville.
