Debie, The following is what is in the 1880 census. The next searchable index I have is 1920, but she must have been married by then. George was still living in Sheyboygan area at that time, in town of Alto Roll T625_1987 ED 19 sheet 2B I would suggest going to http://www.anywho.com/ . There are lots of Hoekstra's in WI.
