My ancestor, David BUSS, was buried there on April 18, 1902. He was a resident of Sheboygan Falls, and "Dye Road Cemetery" is stated as his burial place on both his death certificate and obituary. The Buss family were German Lutherans who immigrated from Prussia, Germany to Sheboygan Falls, WI in the 1880s. I cannot find Dye Road Cemetery listed anywhere. Has the name of this cemetery changed since 1902? Does anyone know of any Lutheran cemeteries in Sheboygan Falls? Any info. would be appreciated! Thanks - DeAnna

LINN Margaret died May 24, 1929. It would probably be possible to find obits for Margaret Linn and Ruth, since they both died in the 1920s. Also there may be an obit for Thompson H. as well. I also found a George Thompson in this same area of the cemetery. THOMPSON, George, died Dec 19, 1865, aged 40 yrs., 9 mos. Daniel and Ruth McDougall and a Knaggs stone are between him and the LINNs. Could possibly be the father of your George Thompson.

I've looked through a lot of the old cemeteries and it's unusual to find stones that date before about 1855-1860. I also check the surrounding townships and found a few other Wrights, but most in the late 1800s and none that matched your family. Sorry! Peggy Hoffmann
