Zacckuess Butler was my GGGrandfather. I know that he was born July 8th, 1819 in Bath, Lincolnshire, England. I also know that he imagrated with his parents to Canada in 1832. I have run into a wall getting any further information on him such as the names of his parents or if he had any siblings. If you have any information that can help me it would be greatly appriciated.

Nope, I'm still here and still looking for my ggrandfather's roots. However, I think I might have had a little break through. I think I may have found Antonie Dieleman's father. I can't go to the cemetery until the weather gets a little drier here in Missouri. Through a distant relative I ran into right here in KC, I found a cemetery listing of the Zimmerman Cemetery in Caldwell County. There is a Nicholas M (which I believe to be for Mathew) Dieleman buried there. He passed in 1905 - I have a picture of my father resetting the head stone after it had fallen over years before. I remember it now, but had forgotten about it for a while. This could have been a brother or even an Uncle of Antonie, but I don't think so. The other thing is, my Grandfather listed his place of birth to be Fairfield, NE. I found a Peter (Pieter) Dieleman in the NEGenWeb Project on a land deed document in a Dutch Community. I am almost certain that he is connected in some way as I remember my father talking about Peter and Nicholas. Just thought you might like to know I'm still around.

Name is Francis Jammes. 1901 census show him in canada with his grandparents Margaret and Sabstien Jam or Jammes. He married in 1914 in Montreal, Canada. 1900 census show his father Wm. Edgar Jammes remarried to a Lydia born in Louisiana. So Amanda Jammes died before 1900. Son Francis was born in 1889. I have no idea where in the US. Hoping his birth, marriage or death record may show the location of his US birth in order to locate the place of his mothers death and burial. Sandra

Also the picture I had was labeled Mrs. Joh trester Taken in 1875 by the Manville and Malory Photographers of Sheboygan Wisconsin. I belive I have a Picture of John Trester also but do not have anyone I know who can confirm this. Thanks for the response.
