It has taken me years to come up with what I had so far. Do you have any records of a Julio DeSmidt. He would have been Adrian and Anna DeSmidt's youngest son. Born after Eugene. Do you have any information as to whether or not Adrian re-married? Maybe Julio was from a second marriage. Thanks again for your help, Connie

Could anyone tell me the locations of the Mt. Pleasant cemetery and the Swan or Union cemetery? Just the highway name and/or nearest intersection would be helpful as I am going to be visiting the area to take tombstone pictures next week. I also wonder if anybody out there knows if there are some small, private non-indexed cemeteries along highway 28 between Sheboygan Falls and Plymouth? I was once told that the surname I am researching lived in that area as part of "Dye Road settlement", and that there were some little unmarked burial areas out that way. I have been unable to locate their graves in any of the indexed cemeteries so thought I would give that a try. I was looking at the 1930 census records for Cedar Grove and he is listed as living there and is 56 years old. There is also an Adrian DeSmidt listed as living in Glennbulla at the same time who has the birth and death dates of the Adrian you have recorded who died in 1962. I would have been 12 years old then and I think I would have remembered him. I think the Adrian in my family tree died much earlier before SS records since I remember my grandmother Naomi telling me her parents both died when she was young. Don't know how young she was. The Anne TeRonde may be the right person, since the dates match and coinside with my Grandmother's statement that they died when she was young. She would have been 11 when Anne Te Ronde died. The Adrian in our family tree was usually listed as AB DeSmidt and was a farmer/dairy plant operator which fits in with what my aunt remembers. I will keep looking and keep you posted on my findings. Connie
