He was born November 26, 1899 in Czechoslovakia, the son of the late John and Anna (Steckbauer) Weber. On March 4, 1935 John was united in marriage to Mary Weber in Aniwa. She survives. In addition to his wife, survivors include one son, Francis Weber, Aniwa; three daughters, Agnes (Roger) Stieber, Wausau, Margaret (Thomas) Kerkes, Wausau and Pauline (Jeffrey) Wergin, Mosinee; three brothers, Frank, Karl and Alois, all of Germany; one sister, Emma Koscheny, Germany; and 11 grandchildren. John was preceded in death by his parents, a son, John Weber and three brothers, Otto, Alfred and Joseph. Funeral services were held July 7, 1975 at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Aniwa. The Rev.
