She was born March 8, 1884 in Germany, the daughter of the late John and Barbara (Bie) Heinzl. On January 22, 1902 Anna was united in marriage to John Wolf in Aniwa. He preceded her in death on October 4, 1951. Survivors include one daughter, Anna Hoffman, Oshkosh; four sons, John Wolf, Oshkosh, Walter (Ann) Wolf, Aniwa, Edward Wolf, Oshkosh and Joseph (Avis) Wolf, Aniwa; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mary Miller, Oshkosh and Louise (Edward) Wolf, Aniwa; and one brother, Jacob (Anna) Heinzl, Aniwa. Funeral services were held March 28, 1962 at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Aniwa. The Rev. Leo Schmitt officiated. Interment was in the parish cemetery.
