He was born March 6, 1889 in Aniwa, the son of the late Edward Wolf. Survivors include three brothers, Edward (Louise) Wolf, Fred (Martha) Wolf and William Wolf, all of Aniwa; and two sisters, Lucy (John) Kopp and Anna (Michael) Huebl, both of Aniwa. In addition to his parents, Godfred was preceded in death by a brother, John Wolf. Funeral services were held April 10, 1958 at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Aniwa. The Rev. Leo Schmitt officiated.
