Terry S. VandenBerg, 48, De Pere, died unexpectedly Saturday, October 3, 2009, at a Green Bay hospital, surrounded by her family. She was born February 3, 1961, to Muriel (Gipp) and the late Ralph Klein, and was a 1979 graduate of Pulaski High School. On April 14, 1984, she married Dennis D. VandenBerg in Seymour. The couple had lived in the Green Bay area all of their married life. Terry was employed with Wal-Mart of De Pere, where she was surrounded by many wonderful friends. She enjoyed craft work, especially crocheting, knitting, and counted cross-stitch. Terry had an enormous collection of Kewpie dolls, and also collected many other types of dolls. She had patience for everybody and everything. In addition to her husband she is survived by the couple's four children, Ryan VandenBerg, Chris (special friend, Stephanie Daanen) VandenBerg, Robin VandenBerg, and Shawn VandenBerg, all of De Pere; her mother, Muriel Klein, Pulaski; her mother-in-law, Shirley VandenBerg, Seymour; four brothers, Marshall (Anne) Klein, Pulaski, Kelly Klein (special friend, Julie Mulder), Green Bay, Randy Klein and Gary Klein, both of Pulaski; one sister, Debbie (Tom) Melonja, Pulaski; nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Klein; and her father-in-law, Don VandenBerg. Friends may call at Marnocha Funeral Home, Pulaski from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday. The visitation continues after 10 a.m. Thursday at Angelica United Methodist Church. The Funeral Service will take place at 11 a.m. Thursday, Pastor Loretta Waegli officiating, with burial in Elm Grove Cemetery, Laney.
