The son of the late James and Florence Stefanovic was born Aug. 12, 1945, in Chicago, Ill. Joe loved people and had a real passion for life. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Patricia (Keith) Chambers, Valparaiso, Ind.; and Jodie (Mark) Gewont, Krakow; one son, James Stefanovic, De Pere; four grandsons, Zachary, Brandon and Tyler, and Aaron; his twin brother, Daniel (Teresa) Stefanovic, Riverside, Calif.; two sisters, Judith (Gus) Christopolous, Pasadena, Calif.; and Pearl (John) Radziminski, LaCanada, Calif.; a half-brother, Nick Morgavon, California; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Guadalupe, in 2002; one half-sister, Florence "Babe"; and one half-brother, John. Friends may call at Marnocha Funeral Home, Pulaski, from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday. Funeral Services will be held in Illinois, with burial in St. Sava Cemetery, Libertyville.
