Peterman Hattie E. Peterman, 95, former town of Lessor resident, died Sunday, May 30, 1999, at Good Shepherd Home, Seymour. She was born on March 17, 1904, in the Town of Angelica, to the late Henry and Anna (Brusewtiz) Specht. She married Rudolph Peterman on May 10, 1930, at St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church, Zachow. The couple farmed in the Town of Angelica until 1963, when they retired to the Town of Lessor. Hattie enjoyed gardening and card playing years ago. Rudolph preceded her in death on December 20, 1984. Hattie was a member of St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church, Zachow, and St. Paul's Ladies Aid. Survivors include two daughters, Mavis (Earl) Stark, Pulaski; Lois (Roger) Nelson, Green Bay; a son, Maynard (Carol) Peterman, Black Creek; five grandchildren, Dean (Paula) Stark, Sharon (Gary) Haws; Richard Peterman; Kathy (LeRoy) Ashman and Kelly (Brent) Heezen; ten great-grandchildren; a sister, Linda (Hans) Olson; Bonduel; and a brother, John Specht, Shawano. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Lyle; a granddaughter, Dawn Stark, and a sister-in-law, Edna Specht. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 2, 1999, at 11 a.m. at St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church, Zachow, with the Rev. Philip Geiger officiating. Entombment will be in the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum, Green Bay. Friends may call at Wendt Funeral Home, Bonduel, Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. and at the church on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to the time of service.
