She was born in Mattoon, Wis., and came here in 1972 from Morton Grove, Ill. She worked 11 years as a nurse's aide at Mease Manor of Dunedin. She was a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church of Clearwater. Survivors include two brothers, Gilbert and Russell Richter, both of Wisconsin; two nieces, Julianne Ferries, Rhineland, Wis., and Erika Margarites, Holland, Mich.; and a nephew, Randall Richter, Green Bay, WIs.
