Marian I. McGillivray, 81, former Pulaski resident, died Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2000 at Fond du Lac. She was born on July 30, 1919 to the late Hugh and Bessie (Woods) Lutsey at the family homestead known as The Green House in Laney, Wis. She lived in the Green Bay and Pulaski area most of her life. Marian married Wilfred "Bud" McGillivray on Nov. 30, 1939, at Angelica. Marian was always involved with her family, friends and community. She enjoyed promoting good health and education in others. She worked at various occupations: she was a Medical Secretery, a World Book Sales Representative, a Fundraiser Organizer for the Salvation Army Wis.-Mich. territory and for American Cancer Society, a Nutrition Educator for Shawano County Social Services anf for Perma-Slim, a secretary for Gold Bond Ice Cream and Office Manager for UpJohn Homecare Agency. Marian and Bud owned and operated Town & Country Cleaners in Pulaski. She was a member of Angelica United Methodist Church, Angelica U.M.W! . and a past member of Eastern Star. Survivors include her husband, Wilfred "Bud" McGillivray a daughter, Cathrine Zimmerman, Fond du Lac two sons, Angus (Mary Joann) McGillivray, Sikeston, Mo. and James (friend, Veronica) McGillivray, Green Bay four grandchildren, Angie Heil, Kim Hann, Karl Zimmerman, and Matthew McGillivray and two great grandsons, Brandon and Cody. She was preceded in death by one son, Hugh twins, Mary and Joseph and a sister, Maude Morrissey. Fuenral service will be 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 1, 2000, at Angelica United Methodist Church with the Rev. Lewis Lebakken Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at Wendt Funeral Home, Bonduel Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. and at the church on Friday from 10 a.m. to the time of service.
