Eleanor O. Dittman, 83, 8095 Cty. Hwy PP, Brillion, died on Friday, Oct. 15, 1999, at Parkside Care Center, Little Chute. She was born Sept. 16, 1916, in Shawano County, daughter of the late William and Ella (Dirks) Kroening. She married Arthur Dittman on Nov. 26, 1935, in Pulcifer, Wis. Eleanor was a member of St. Bartholomew Lutheran Church in Brillion. Survivors include her brothers and sisters and their spouses, Lenarth and Alinda Kroening, Neenah; Ewald Kroening, Bonduel; Harley and Rose Kroening, Shawano; Dorothy Wach, Pulaski; Ray and Ena Kroening, Krakow; Alice and Lawrence Veeser, Neenah. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur in 1984; three brothers and one sister. Funeral service will be held on Monday, Oct. 18, 1999, at 1 p.m. at St. Bartholomew Lutheran Church in Brillion. The Rev. Mark Krueger will officiate. Burial will be in the Brillion Community Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Monday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service.
