The family will receive friends following the service at the church. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, Breast Cancer Research, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, SC 29210. Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Irmo/St. Andrews Chapel, at Bush River Memorial Gardens, is in charge. Ms. Beyer passed away October 10, 2006. Born December 6, 1952, in Bonduel, WI, she was the daughter of William Beyer and Kathleen Kingston Beyer. She was a member of Riverland Hills Baptist Church and involved with Sistercare and the YMCA. She worked for 27 years with Dr. Guy Meares.
