HALLER Kenneth L. Haller PORTSMOUTH - Kenneth Louis ''Kenny'' Haller, 48, passed away July 13, 2002 at a local hospital after an extended illness. He was the former owner of Tropical Water Systems. Kenny was a native of Portsmouth, a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School, and a member of Elizabeth Manor Golf and Country Club. He was active with the Virginia Stage Co. and received his electronics certificate from the Norfolk Naval Shipyard. Kenny is survived by his mother, Frances ''Vicky'' Haller; a brother, Dana Haller, both of Portsmouth; four aunts, Mary Brown and husband Jack of Gresham, Wis., Mildred Rosenbeck and husband John, and Lucille Vick, all of Jacksonville, Fla., and Donna Wiley of New Eagle, Pa.; and an uncle, James Vick and wife Ethel of Capron, Va. His loss is felt by many cousins, friends and other family members. A memorial service was conducted July 18, 2002 in Loving Funeral Home, Churchland chapel, by the Rev. Tom Potter.
