Klosterman Alfred E. Klosterman, 84, Sunrise Rd., Bonduel, died Sunday, May 16, 1999, at Appleton. He was born April 29, 1915, in the town of Hartland to the late Julius and Johanna (Hoppe) Klosterman. He married Annabel Searles Sept. 30, 1939, at Zion, Wis. The couple lived all of their married life in Bonduel. Annabel preceded him in death, Feb. 14, 1998. Alfred owned and operated Blue Valley Cheese Factory for over 20 years. After closing the cheese factory, he worked as a union carpenter for over 20 years. Alfred enjoyed gardening. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Bonduel. Survivors include three daughter, Judith Dobratz, Appleton; Janet (Rodney) Busch, Fort Meyers, Fla.; and Alice (Lanny) Hanson, Elk Mound, Wis.; two sons, Melvin ``Joe'' (Ardis) Klosterman, Bonduel; and Jon Klosterman, Green Bay; nine grandchildren, Chad Klosterman, Brian and Kristen Hanson, Erika (Heath) O'Leary, Jena Busch, Patti (Steve) Moede, Pete (Jodi) Klosterman, Michael (Susan) Dobratz and Robin (Joe) Berken; three great-grandchildren, Jeremy and Terra Jo Moede and Klarissa Klosterman; two brothers, August Klosterman, Shawano; and Henry (Eleanor) Klosterman, Bonduel; a sister, Dora Luepke, Appleton; and a sister-in-law, Lillian Klosterman, Bonduel. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Oscar and Walter Klosterman; and three sisters, Emma Gehm, Margaret Boerst and Minnie Luepke. Funeral service will be Wednesday, May 19, 1999, at 11 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Bonduel, with the Rev. Leonard Wildauer officiating. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. Friends may call at Wendt Funeral Home, Bonduel, Tuesday 4 to 8 p.m. and at the church on Wednesday 9:30 a.m. to the time of service.
