Arlington Heights Road (three blocks south of Biesterfield Road), Elk Grove Village. Mass will follow at 10 a.m. at Queen of the Rosary Catholic Church, 750 Elk Grove Blvd. She will be laid to rest at Our Lady of the Angels Garden Mausoleum at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at the funeral chapel. She passed away Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2005, at Alexian Brothers Medical Center, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Cindy had a passion for cooking and entertaining. Her profession wasn't only being a full time mom to her three children but also a second mom to many as their childcare provider. Cindy was deeply dedicated and devoted to her family and faith and touched many lives through her 27 years of providing childcare. She was t! he extraordinary wife of Sam; dearest mother of Miranda (fiancee Aaron Eadler), Cassandra and Sammy; cherished daughter of Majorie and the late Donald Weis of Spencer, Wis.; loving sister of Bonnie (Mike) Jelinek, Bev (John) Bohte, Diane (Tom) Beyerl and Rick (April) Weis, all from Wausau, Wis., Linda (Charlie) Smith of Colby, Wis. and Jeff (Carol) Weis of Mosinee, Wis.; fond daughter-in-law of Sam and Shirley House of Shawano, Wis.; sister-in-law of Bev (Rick) Neumeier from Gresham, Wis.; amazing aunt of 18 nieces and nephews; great-aunt of six; and dear friend of many. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cindy House Memorial Fund. For information, 847-640-0566.
