She was born Nov. 26, 1939, in Green Bay, daughter of Janet (Boulet) Jeffers and the late Reed Jeffers. On Sept. 4, 1965, she was united in marriage to David Vande Hei in Green Bay. Rosemary was a 1958 graduate of Green Bay East High School. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Seymour and a volunteer for the parish school. She is survived by her husband, Dave her children, Polly (Scott) Kimball, New London David (Dawn), Black Creek Andy, Bonduel Marty, Seymour and Emily, Seymour her mother, Janet, Green Bay three brothers, Jim (Terry) Jeffers, Green Bay John (Karen) Jeffers, Austin, Texas Dennis (Cheryl) Jeffers, Green Bay and one sister, Judy Jeffers, Green Bay. She was preceded in death by one brother. Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, on Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7:30 p.m. and Monday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Seymour, from 10 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
