Clyde F. Proctor, 92, Green Bay, died Wednesday, May 10, at a local hospital. He was born Sept. 18, 1907 in Osceola, Mich. to the late Edward and Thora (Nelson) Proctor. On June 4, 1929, he married Rose Waerzeggers in Green Bay she preceded him in death Jan. 20, 1971. He married Joyce (Steinbrecher) Zillmer on May 31, 1972 in Michigan. Clyde was employed by the Chicago & Northwestern Railroad for 48 years, retiring in 1973. He was a member of SS. Edward & Isidore Catholic Church. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, spending time with his children and grandchildren, and spending time up north. He is survived by his wife, Joyce eight children, Dick and Gwen Proctor, Green Bay Don and Carole Proctor, Bonduel Rose Marie and John Dietzler, Stiles Gerald and Sally Proctor, Green Bay Harold and Judy Proctor, Sturgeon Bay Kathleen Copsey, Shawano Barbara and Joe Willett, Lake Havasu City, Ariz. and Judy and Todd Kwasny, Oshkosh six stepchildren, John and Chris Zillmer, Green Bay Carol and Dave Welhouse, Honolulu, Hawaii Don and Sheri Zillmer, Green Bay Mary and Dean Hille, Pulaski Jim and Jean Zillmer, Kaukauna and Gail Gerlach, Sheboygan one brother and sister-in-law, Cliff and Helen Proctor, Bend, Ore. one sister, Meta Churchill, Green Bay 28 grandchildren 40 great-grandchildren one great-great-granddaughter and 13 step-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Rose one grandson, Scott Proctor one stepson, Dale Zillmer one brother, Norman Proctor and two sisters, Alta Hunt and Jane Taylor. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 12, at Lyndahl Funeral Home, Lombardi Ave. and Ridge Rd. Visitation will continue after 9:30 a.m. Saturday, at SS. Edward & Isidore Catholic Church, where the Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Dave Kasperek officiating. Burial will be in Fort Howard Memorial Park.
