Jeanette was born April 12, 1935, in the Town of Abrams in Oconto County the daughter of Norman "Buck" and Josie Dlugas Walske. Jeanette was a graduate of Pulaski High School in Pulaski, Wis. Following high school she attended Layton School of Art in Milwaukee where she received her Bachelors Degree in Advertising Design. On Dec. 13, 1959, she married James Wisdom in Milwaukee. Following their marriage the couple resided in the Milwaukee area until 1963 at which time they moved to Beaver Dam. While in Milwaukee, Jeanette worked for Design Corporation. In 1970 she began her business, Stonecraft Originals in Beaver Dam. Jeanette had a gift and love for art and design, enjoying it throughout her life. Jeanette was a member of the Assembly God Church in Waupun where she had sung with its worship team. She was also a member of Southeastern Wisconsin ALS Association. (Lou Gehrigs Disease) Jeanette is survived by her husband, James Wisdom of Beaver Dam; daughter, Jodee Joy Wisdom of West Bend and her special friend, Barry Biermann; two sisters, Joyce Kusky of Milwaukee and Yvonne (James) Virtues of Little Suamico; brother, Russell (Bernadine) Walske of Little Suamico; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. n Services: Funeral services for Jeanette Wisdom will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 23, 2004, at the Assembly of God Church, Waupun, with the Rev. Jeff Casper and the Rev. Roy McKain officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens in the Town of Trenton. n Visitation: Friends and relatives of Jeanette Wisdom may call from 2 until 5 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 22, 2004, at the Werner-Harmsen Funeral Home in Waupun and from 9:30 until the 10:30 a.m. time of service on Monday at the church.
