Otto was born on April 22, 1939 in Tigerton, son of the late Lester and Elaine Marquardt. Otto was united in marriage to Trudy Sullivan on June 11, 1960. She preceded him in death on August 29, 1987. On August 12, 1989, Otto was united in marriage to Jane Teske. He is survived by his wife, Jane four sons: Otto Jr. (Lisa), Tigerton Kevin, Winneconne Tom (Rebecca), New Jersey Bill (Soteara), Washington (stepson) Jay (Melissa), Shawano five grandchildren: Tyler, Morgan, Travis, McKenna and Courtnee three sisters: Virginia (Daniel) Berger, Black River Falls Mary Alice (James) Power, Washington Eileen (James) Smit, Michigan two brothers: Michael (Eveline) Marquardt, Virginia Thomas (Barbara) Marquardt, Texas stepmother, Adeline Marquardt, mother-in-law, Beatrice Klitz sisters and brothers-in-law: Shirley (Ken) Strassburg, Bonnie (Russ) Ehlert, Elaine (Jack) Beaulieu, Dale Klitz, Patsy (Dan) Brandenburg, Thomas (Marie) Sullivan. He was preceded in death by an infant son, Joseph, Brother Bernard, Sister Rosemary. Funeral Services will be Saturday, November 9, at 1 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Marion. Fr. Faustin Misakabo, O.Praem, officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Marion at a later date. Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time of the services. A prayer service will be held at 11 a.m. with full military services by the William Bertram American Legion Post #198 at the church following the service.
