The son of Myron and Carol (Splitgerber) Karcz was born Nov. 24, 1964, and was a 1983 graduate of Pulaski High School. After graduating he joined the Army, and was stationed at Fort Carson in Colorado until his separation in 1986. Brian enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing, and stock car racing. He was also a member of the Zachow Sportsmens Club. Spending time with friends and loved ones was also important to Brian; he will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. In addition to his parents, Brian is survived by one brother, Scott (Jenny) Karcz, Pulaski; one sister, Renee Karcz, Little Suamico; two nephews, Michael and Andrew Karcz, both of Green Bay; and a special godson, Aaron Karcz. Brian is also survived by his girlfriend, Lisa DuBois and their canine baby, Logan, uncles and aunts, cousins, other relatives, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and one brother, David. Friends may call at Assumption B.V.M. Church, Pulaski from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, 2008. Parish Wake Service will take place at 8 p.m. Visitation continues after 9:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11, 2008. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, Fr. Patrick Gawrylewski, O.F.M. presiding. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery. Military Rites will be conducted by the Pulaski Area Veterans. Marnocha Funeral Home, Pulaski is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
