Fuhrmann Wallace "Wally" H. Fuhrmann, 82, of Cecil passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2009. Wally was born on April 12, 1927, to the late Henry and Gertrude (Bloedorn) Fuhrmann in Manitowoc County. Wally served in the United States Navy. On June 6, 1947, he married Rose Thomas in Hilbert. Wally owned and operated a TV and antenna business in the Appleton area for 50-plus years. He was a former Lions Club member. He is survived by his wife, Rose Fuhrmann of Cecil; a daughter, Nancy (Tim) Spang, Green Bay; a son, James (Lori) Fuhrmann, Delafield; three grandchildren, Karri Glisch, Justin Spang, Jason Fuhrmann, four great-grandchildren; a brother, Norbert (Jean) Fuhrmann, Appleton. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandsons, Christopher Spang and Mike Glisch. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 20, at 11 a.m. at Zastrow Funeral Home in Cecil with the Rev. Ronald Raddatz officiating. Family and friends may call on Monday at Zastrow Funeral Home in Cecil from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be in Appleton Highland Memorial Park.
