She was born on May 23, 1905, at Leopolis, the daughter of the late Frank and Annie (Kazda) Zeman. She lived in Shawano County all of her life. She was married on June 23, 1925, to Ralph Baldwin in Shawano. He preceded her in death on June 7, 1934. She then married John Braun on August 17, 1948, at Shawano. He preceded her in death on August 7, 1966. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, the Christian Mothers, and the Shawano Golden Agers. She is survived by two sons, Edwin (Joylen) Baldwin, De Pere; Ralph (Barbara) Baldwin, Town of Wescott; one daughter-in-law, Helen Baldwin, Green Bay; son-in-law, Gordon Flaig, Green Bay; 19 grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great great-grandchildren; one brother, Ernest (Mildred) Zeman, Bonduel; two sisters, Emma Doran, Shawano; and Alice (Edward) Erdman, Shawano. She was preceded in death by two daughters; one son; one great-granddaughter; six brothers and two sisters. Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 31, at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Len Evers officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Friends may call at Swedberg Funeral Home, Shawano on Tuesday, March 30, from 4 to 8 p.m. and on Wednesday from 9 to 10:15 a.m. at the funeral home.
