(Harjes) Ferg, age 69, of Norton Shores, passed away April 21, 2008 after a long illness with kidney disease. She was born August 27, 1938 in Shelby, MI to Henry and Ruth (Iteen) Harjes. Alice married Donald Ferg on June 16, 1956 in Shelby, MI. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Ruth; sister, Margaret Weese; nephews: Edward Weese, William Weese; and niece, Jeannie Weese. Surviving Alice are her husband, Donald; one daughter, Patricia Ferg of Redwood City, CA; one grandson, Paul Rehnert of Oscola, MI; one brother, Thomas (Kate) Harjes of Florida; brothers and sisters in law: Kenneth (Marlene) Ferg of Milwaukee, WI and Ardelle (Harvey) Kucksdorf of Gresham, WI.
