Watkins, 81, will be at 10 a.m. today at the Church of the Nazarene in Banning. Burial will follow at San Gorgonio Memorial Park. She died of a heart disease Oct. 23 at her home. Wiefels & Son Mortuary in Banning is handling arrangements. Mrs. Watkins, who was born in Roby, Texas, lived in Banning for 11 years after living in San Jacinto for six years and Indio for two years. She was a homemaker. She belonged to the Church of the Nazarene in Banning. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, the Rev. Frank; one daughter, Elizabeth "Beth" Fuerst of Mattoon, Wis.; one son, the Rev. Gordon of Napa, Idaho; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one brother, the Rev. Mackey W.
