Bion M. Ward, 65, 11781 Nauke Ln., Suring, died unexpectedly Wednesday evening at the Shawano County Medical Center. He was born June 4, 1934, in Lessor Township, son of the late Carl and Josephine (Marsh) Ward. On Oct. 6, 1956, he was united in marriage to Beverly Rueckert in Breed. He was a member of Cicero Immanuel Lutheran Church. Bion enjoyed hunting and fishing with Pogie and Zak. He is survived by his wife, Beverly; his children, Crystal Ward Schmidt, Seymour; Douglas Ward, Town of Lessor; Shelly (Randy) Diemel, Bonduel; Melissa (Mark) Phillips, Black Creek; Audrey (Jeff) Pogrant, Black Creek; Bion Joel (Tammie) Ward, Black Creek; Craig (Tammy) Ward, Town of Lessor; 18 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother-in-law, William Marcks, Black Creek. He was preceded in death by a grandchild and a great-grandchild, a brother and a sister. Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at Immanuel Lutheran church, Cicero Township, from noon until services at 1 p.m. with the Rev.
