KLAPPER MILTON F. KLAPPER, 82, of Lake Wales died Monday at Lake Wales Medical Centers Inc. A native of Arbutus Lake, Wis., he moved to this area five years ago from Pickerel, Wis. He was a retired factory worker for Globe Union/Johnson Controls in Milwaukee and member of Lutheran Church. He is survived by his wife, Doris Louise; a son, Michael Hoffman of Michigan City, Ind.; three daughters, Mary Bollone of Grand Rapids, Mich., Melissa Mettner of Baraga, Mich., and Michelle Wiitala of Sturgeon Bay, Wis.; a brother, Ewald of Mission, Texas; a sister, Dorothea Christianson of Bonduel, Wis.; and 12 grandchildren.
