Marilyn A. Jisa, 71, Oconto Falls, died Monday, Jan. 31, 2000, at Community Memorial Hospital, Oconto Falls. She was born to the late Harry and Esther (Green) Hough Feb. 1, 1928 in Honey Creek, Iowa. The former Marilyn Hough married Albert Jisa Sept. 15, 1951 at St. Francis Catholic Church in Council Bluff, Iowa. She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, Spruce. Surviving are husband, Albert children, Phillip (Sharon) Jisa, Gwinn, Mich. John (Esther) Verhagen, Gillett Vicki (fiance, Keith Gunderson) Jisa, Bonduel David (Kate) Jisa, Wisconsin Dells Christine Jisa, Des Plaines, Ill. seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by one brother and three sisters. Marilyn was preceded in death by two sisters. Friends may call at RhodesCharapata Funeral Home, Lena, Thursday, Feb. 3, 2000 from 4 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. also at the funeral home. A Vigil Service will be held Thursday at 7:30 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Spruce location, with Father Frank Schrage officiating.
