"Jack" John J. "Jack" Brusky, 89, 1712 Dousman St., Green Bay, died Saturday, July 8, 2000, at a local nursing home. He was born Feb. 15, 1911, in Kewaunee County to the late John and Josephine (Dempski) Brusky. On Oct 27, 1933, he married Alma Rudi. She preceded him in death in 1975. Mr. Brusky farmed in Hofa Park for 18 years before he moved to Pulaski where he drove for the Pulaski School District. He also served as Town Constable for the Village of Pulaski until 1958. John moved to Green Bay in 1961 where he worked at West Side Clinic until he retired. He was a member of St. Jude Parish, where he served as an usher. He is survived by four children and their spouses: Ruth Ann and Al Siolka, Bonduel Allan Brusky Janet and Robert Nuss Lynn and James Lemmens, all of Green Bay 12 grandchildren 20 great-grandchildren two brothers, Dr. Alvin Brusky and Dr. Eugene Brusky, both of Green Bay three sisters, Clara Thibaudeau, Green Bay Theresa Mertz, Boulder City, Nev. and Anna Holowinski, Pulaski. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alma six brothers, Henry, Harry, Clemens, Dr. Z.R., Dr. Symphorian "Sam," and Edwin Brusky one sister, Irene Jacques. Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave. between 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. There will be a parish wake service at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. Friends may also call on Wednesday between 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. at St. Jude Catholic Church. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church with the Rev. Ron Belitz officiating. Burial will be in Fort Howard Memorial Park. A memorial fund has been established in his name. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
