Roberta Tindall E. Roberta Berry Tindall, 69, Topeka, died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2001, at a Topeka hospital. Mrs. Tindall worked for Santa Fe Hospital and later for Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. from 1969 to 1989. She retired due to a disability in January 1990. She was born Dec. 9, 1931, in Aniwa, Wis., the daughter of Chadwell M. and Ethel Corderman Jones. She was raised in St. Louis County, Mo., and graduated from Valley Park High School in 1949. Mrs. Tindall was a member of Big Springs United Methodist Church in Big Springs. She married Claude E. Berry in 1962 in Topeka. They were divorced. She married Robert Tindall in 1992. They also were divorced. Survivors include two sons, Richard Allen Orr, St. Louis, and Larry David Berry, Topeka; two daughters, Sheryl Ann Cameron, Pevely, Mo., and Kathy Lynn Fox, Topeka; two sisters, Naomi Rae Turner, Springfield, Mo., and Grayce Lee Zukosky, Denver; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Big Springs United Methodist Church in Big Springs. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. Mrs. Tindall will lie in state after noon Sunday at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, where visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Organ Transplant Department, Omaha, Neb., 68124.
