Colling De Pere Age 70, passed away Sunday, November 21, 1999, at a local hospital. The daughter of Roy and Irene (VanderBloemen) Andersen was born on February 17, 1929, in De Pere. She married Frank Colling on October 23, 1948, at Hickory Corners Church. Norma graduated from Oconto Falls High School in three and a half years with high honors and immediately began working for the Wisconsin Telephone Company where she worked in the traffic and engineering departments for 35 years before retiring in the fall of 1982. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers. Norma and Frank owned and operated Fra-Nor Ceramics for many years. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and its Ladies Society. Norma enjoyed gardening and especially flowers. Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Franklin C. a daughter and son-in-law, Patti and Mike Seeman, Little Chute a granddaughter, Erin Seeman a brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Mary Andersen, White Lake great aunt, Florence Vander Bloemen, White Lake and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by Frank's family, Mildred and Milton Bohm, Bonduel Robert Colling, Oconto Falls Nick Colling, De Pere Fritz Treptow Shawano Orville Sievert, Seymour Harvey Zuleger, Seymour and Alice Colling, Seymour. She was preceded in death by her parents. Family and friends may call at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N. Webster Ave., De Pere, from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Visitation will continue on Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church, 330 S. Broadway, Green Bay, from 10 to 11 a.m. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church with Pastor Nathan Tuff officiating. Burial will be in Hickory Cemetery, Suring.
