Helgeson Dates: Death date: December 06, 1977 Obituary: Cora M. Helgeson, age 88, Wittenberg, died Tuesday, December 6, 1977 at Shawano Community Hospital. She was born March 12, 1889 in the town of Birnamwood, the daughter of the late Hans and Emma (Johnson) Helgeson. Survivors include 2 nephews Norman (Norma) Helgeson Antigo, and William Helgeson, Wittenberg. In addition to her parents, Cora was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Edward and Henry and 3 sisters, Clara, Bertene and Laura. Funeral services were held December 8, 1977 at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Wittenberg. The Rev. R.C. Reinholtzen officiated. Interment was in Bethany Cemetery, Wittenberg.
