Tousey, 41, of rural Bowler in Shawano County, was killed when the car she was in and another car collided at the intersection of Winnebago County Highway A and Snell Rd., just north of Oshkosh, Winnebago County sheriff's officials said. The driver, Bruce M. Tousey,relationship not known 27, also of Bowler, and the driver of the other car, Debra K. Bruely, 34, of Oshkosh, were treated at Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh.
