GEORGE, CURTIS R., 88, of Largo, died Monday (Dec. 13, 1993) at homer. He was born in Shawano, Wis., and came here in 1957 from Cumberland, Wis. He was publisher of the Cumberland Advocate newspaper, Cumberland, and worked for the Largo Sentinel newspaper. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Largo, was a 51-year member of Elks Lodge 1441, Rice Lake, Wis., a golden member of the Wisconsin Newspaper Association, and a member of East Bay Golf Club, Largo. Survivors include hi s wife, Dorothy M.; a son, Robert C., Seminole; a daughter, Sally G. Broyles, Harrisburg, Pa.; a brother, Leighton, Cumberland; a sister, Evelyn Burton, Rice Lake; and five grandchildren. Moss-Feaster Funeral Homes, Largo Chapel.
