Krizan Lon J. Krizan, age 46, of the Town of Wescott, passed away on Monday morning, Sept. 7, 2009 at his home, following a lenghty illness. Lon was born on July 9, 1963 in Shawano a son of InaRae (Hill) Krizan and the late John J. Krizan Sr. He lived and farmed on the family homestead his entire life. Lon is a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Shawano. He was a sports fanatic who especially enjoyed the Brewers and Packers. He loved to fish and when he was younger was an avid hunter. Survivors include: his daughter, Nicole Krizan of Shawano; his mother InaRae Krizan; one brother, John Jr. (Lois) Krizan; three nephews, Trevor, Devin and Nathan Krizan, all of Shawano; his special friend, and mother of his daughter, Sophia Miller; several aunts; uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, twin brothers Dan and Douglas Krizan and a special Aunt Josephine Krizan. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, Sept. 10 at 1:30 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Shawano. Father Len Evers will be the celebrant. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the church on Thursday from 11:30 a.m. until the time of Mass.
