SCHULTZ Former longtime Anchorage resident Marjorie A. Schultz, 68, a retired bookkeeper, died Feb. 16 of a heart attack at her home in Sheridan, Wyo. A funeral will be held today at Ferries Funeral Home in Sheridan with the Rev. Doug Goodwin officiating. Interment will be in the Sheridan Municipal Cemetery. Mrs. Schultz was born July 26, 1922, in Shawano, Wis., to Thomas and Alice Hansen. She grew up and graduated from high school in Shawano. She graduated from business college in Green Bay, Wis., and married Leonard Schultz in Shawano. She and her husband moved to Sheridan and she worked at Montgomery Ward during the 1950s. They moved around Wyoming for many years until they moved to Anchorage in 1966. From 1966 to 1988, they lived in Anchorage, where she was the bookkeeper for the union office for the Sheet Metal Workers until retiring in 1986. Her husband died in 1979. She returned to Sheridan in 1988. Mrs. Schultz is survived by her son, Leonard Jr. of Anchorage; her brother, Thomas Hansen of Sheridan; her sister, Jean Hanson of Seattle; and several nieces and nephews.
