Peters Joseph N. Peters, 24, 342 S. Grant St., Seymour, died unexpectedly Monday evening, April 19, 1999, at his apartment. He was born Sept. 8, 1974, in Green Bay, son of Jim and LuAnn (Philipsen) Peters. Joe was a 1992 graduate of Seymour High School and presently was employed with Advance Construction, Green Bay. He enjoyed hunting and racing and worked in the pits for Roeffers Motorsports. Joe was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Navarino. He is survived by his parents, Jim and LuAnn, Shiocton; his brothers and sisters, Jay Toellner and fiancee, Jenny Wussow, Black Creek; Jeff Peters and fiancee, Angie Urbancik, Seymour; John Peters and special friend, Tracy Willinski, Shiocton; Linda Peters and special friend, Donny Rief, Black Creek; Lucy Peters, Shiocton; Jack Peters, Shiocton; Jimmy Peters, Shiocton; a nephew and godson, Dustin J. Toellner; niece, Kaitlyn Peters; grandparents, Bernice and Paul Philipsen, Seymour. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Dorothy Peters and an uncle Larry Peters. Friends may call at the Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 8 p.m. and Thursday at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Navarino, from 10 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. with the Rev.
